The Space:

You will find yourself just 3 minutes away from Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. During the warmer months, a quick 15-minute drive will take you to Commons Beach on Lake Tahoe’s west shore.



The cozy living room showcases a wood burning fireplace, Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu), board games, and comfortable seating options. There is plenty of firewood in the garage so get cozy! WIFI is also provided for your convenience.



The kitchen has all appliances needed to whip up a mouthwatering meal. Smaller kitchen appliances include a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave. Dine over a home cooked meal at the formal dining table with seating for 6. A breakfast bar is also available with seating for 2.



There is 1 garage and 1 open parking lot parking nearby.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

Pros The house was very nice and secluded.The bed was comfortable.Everything worked.ConsThe water pressure is SO high.Do not turn on the water cause it will be cold as fast as you turn it on.There's not enough lighting outsideI was unaware nor was I told I could not go out on the balcony to enjoy the view.This was a big letdown

Hot water heater is broken

Great location. Lovely condo. However the hot water heater circuit breaker kept tripping the entire stay so we had no hot water. Grand Welcome, the property manger, was great aft answering the phone but there “on-site staff” is non existent and the have still not responded about a refund after several weeks of back and forth. Would not recommend this property until you’re sure their electric panel has been fixed. Would think twice about using a Grand Welcome property in Lake Tahoe.

Our team did respond to the matter and were reaching out to local electricians to come out to the property as well as provided you with a troubleshooting option to help gain the hot water back. This issue has been rectified as per owner plus onset the breaker was reset hot water should have been available.

Property was as advertised, but prop mgmt company was horrible.

The place was as advertised, a cozy but dated condo that was well stocked. Old heating system didn't work well, but it had a working fireplace that helped. However, when we contacted the owner about the heat issue, we got no resolution and a very slow response. This place is clearly being managed by a remote prop mgmt company rather than the owner. Slow response and never addressed our questions. Also, while they have a garage, it is tiny and can't accommodate SUVs with storage on top.
