Welcome to your own private oasis! Escape & relax in this spacious and tranquil retreat with central AC & heat & lightning-fast WiFi. Every detail to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience. The fully equipped kitchen features a professional 36` gas range with convection & griddle, as well as a Miele countertop gas grill. Unwind in sparkling pool (Pool can be heated for extra fee), complete with a gas grill. You`ll love spending your evenings watching the stars.
No smoking, vaping, or hookah indoors at any time.
Fines for violating these rules are as follows:

$2000.00 for smoking inside the home
$2500.00 for drug violations


Pet cleaning fee of $85 per pet/per stay
Additional charges if incurred damages

Pool/Spa Heated @ $95/day if so requested by guest. Please request as early as possible. Spa heating is free.

Please park all vehicles in driveway. Driveway can accommodate 10-12 vehicles

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. No loud music, amplified or speakers.

Late check out fee unless prior approval: $100 per half hour.

This home is absolutely stunning! We celebrated my husbands birthday here just with family and it was perfect! Very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful view of the mountains. Very detailed as well with a mini bar, extra pool towels, games for a family game night and plenty of sitting area. Not to mention pretty stocked up kitchen with seasonings, coffee pods and different coffee syrup flavors. Plenty of dishes and kitchen needs. Pet friendly. They have an area to put your doggy outside to wonder and gated for safety. The pool was amazing! The kiddos had a great time in the pool! We will definitely stay here again!
