We had a great stay at the house with my family of 11. The teenagers loved the pool, hot tub and driving simulator. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. There were a few things that needed attention such as a loose railing on the deck. This issue was shared with the host and we received what seemed to be an automated response. Hopefully that is fixed quickly as it’s a safety concern.Overall the space was great for our family for everyone to have space to spread out, but also good gathering areas. The kitchen was well stocked for the few meals we prepared at the cabin. It was conveniently located to several restaurants and stores and a short ride to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. We even got to see a mama bear and 3 cubs. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!

Marla, a group of 11 finding both room to spread out and spots to gather is exactly what a space like this is designed for, and it sounds like the pool, hot tub, and simulator kept the teenagers well occupied. The railing concern has been noted and is being addressed as a priority. Hope to have your family back, bears and all.
Host was quick to respond. Sunsets from the balcony were amazing!!! We saw a bear in the back yard. Pool was perfect for the kids. Game/theater room was the place to be after dinner.
Pictures do not do it justice! The views are amazing. Lots of space for a family and activities to keep the kids entertained. Close to many attractions.
Beautiful property with gorgeous views! The home was very clean, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Our host was also very responsive and quick to answer messages. The outdoor spaces were a highlight. The hot tub patio with swinging chairs, large swing, fire table and propane heaters was wonderful for relaxing. The upper deck had an outdoor fireplace, TV seating and a large table for enjoying meals outside. We saw bears every day, which was incredible! If you stay here, be sure to keep food out of vehicles and secure doors. We saw firsthand what can happen when a neighbor accidentally left Jeep doors open with bears nearby!A few things were disappointing. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated with limited ventilation. After the first night, the kids had coughing, stinging eyes and burning throats, so we avoided the pool for several days and later only used it briefly with the door open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy this amenity as much as expected. The gaming amenities also need attention. The VR/racing game had limited games, and the PS5 controllers had significant stick drift, making them difficult for the kids to use.Storage was limited as well. Most bedrooms had no closets or dressers, so we lived out of suitcases. Pantry space was also minimal, with most cabinets occupied by dishes.Overall, we loved the views, cleanliness, comfort, host responsiveness and outdoor spaces. Pool, gaming, and storage improvements would have made it perfect.
