Beautiful first floor secluded apartment (stairs only access), with every room well decorated and ready to welcome holidaymakers. Built in air conditioning is installed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and equipment for your stay, perfect for self-catering. The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar and stools, overlooking a spacious modern lounge.

After a long day of exploring the beautiful and fascinating local towns, cities and sunny beaches, the lounge is very accommodating for those summer nights. The spacious front room offers a large comfortable corner sofa for the whole family or friends to gather around and relax together to watch TV, with plenty of English channels. Otherwise don't hesitate to bring a HDMI cable & laptop to take advantage of the free Wifi.

If watching TV isn't your cup of tea, you could relax outside on the balcony, equipped with chairs and a table to catch up with your friends and family whilst admiring the Spanish sunset.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, lighting and bedside cabinets.

The second room features 2 comfortable single beds, fitted with a built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets and lamps.

The property has 2 modern bathrooms, with bath towels provided. Both bathrooms are fully fitted with a shower, sink, mirrors and a toilet. One bathroom also features a bathtub, so there aren't early morning disputes on who gets to shower first!

The apartment can comfortably fit 5 guests despite the fact there are only 2 bedrooms, with a fancy pull out sofa providing an extra 2 soft beds to accommodate a further 1 or 2 guests.

The complex boasts 3 swimming pools with plentiful space around the poolside area for you to relax and sunbathe. The apartment includes poolside chairs and sunbeds for you to enjoy. The complex is well maintained by staff and security guards patrol the complex regularly to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for residents.

The apartment is in a beautiful location, with good views from the balcony and easy access to local shops such as Lidl and Consum, bus stops and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The location is close to nearby pubs, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. During the summer there is a Funfair nearby with Dodgems, Rides and Ferris Wheel for you and the family & friends to enjoy. Getting to Los Alcazares is also a short journey, being only a 30 min car trip from Region de Murcia airport and less than an hour from Alicante Elche Airport. If you are driving there is plenty of parking space on the quiet road outside the apartment. There are also local markets nearby, with one in Urbanisation Park on Tuesdays and one in Los Najeros on Saturdays.

Can’t fault the apartment or complex… we had a brilliant time all 3 swimming pools are great & everyone is really friendly, I can’t not fault anything… I recommend Milo for a steak & the local Lardon for a refreshing drink.

Shower tray not clean .too much clutter on balcony as it was cold there could have been a throw that we could have used . There just seemed to be a lot of owners stuff in wardrobes. When we opened the wardrobe door the Xmas decoration s fell out . Apart from those things all was good .

The apartment is situated in a great location, just a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Although the complex is quite big, the pool was never really busy. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay, ideally placed.

The property was quite spacious and had a fully functioning kitchen. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were clean to a good standard and the balcony was quite large. The lounge area was tastefully decorated and the sofa was amazingly comfortable. It was made possible for us to check in earlier than expected and handover was easy. A very pleasant stay.

Fantastic Apartment

Just back from a lovely stay at this fantastic apartment. It is situated in an immaculate gated complex. The apartment itself was spotless and modern. It had everything we needed including umbrella!! ;-) There are plenty of restaurant and bars within walking distance. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. There is also a Lidl nearly completed just over the road. We loved it and hopefully stay longer next time. Thank you for having us. Tracy

Absolutely incredible!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. After returning to Los Alcazares for the 10th year, this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The WiFi worked amazing, you had a huge television with English channels and built in Netflix and YouTube. The complimentary €10 free on the air con was thoughtful. The lady who looked after us while we were there and handed over the keys was lovely! The apartment was spotless, had everything you need! I don’t have a bad word about it. We are already looking to book for next year back at this same apartment! Thank you so much !!

We had a lovely holiday in Rob and Juliets apartment. It was very nice, clean and welcoming, and had air con in all rooms.It is a very nice complex too. Only 50 metres max to 2 of the 3 pools. 10 minutes steady walk to the 525 strip and 15 mins to the beach. Also 5 minutes to 4 large supermarkets, of which we found Mercadona and Consum the best.We had a couple of issues which were sorted out promptly by Rob and Juliet. Communication about these were very good between us, One being that the sunbeds weren’t very safe. Rob and Juliet thanked us for bringing them to their attention as they hadn’t been out themselves for a while and were not aware of the condition of them. A couple of hours later Rita, the cleaner and contact there, who is lovely and very friendly, arrived with new ones. I’m sure future guest will be delighted with them, as we were.The reason we have given the description on VRBO 4 stars, is it states the airport is 10 minutes away, but that is now closed. The international airport in Murcia is 30 minutes away. Although we were aware of this, future guests may not be. We would definitely, and very happily stay in this apartment again.

Emplacements très bien situé près des commodités. Propriété calme et spacieuse, on a pu profiter de la piscine (octobre ) et de la plage. This property is just as described in the listing, it is in a perfect location a short stroll from the beach, local bars and restaurants. It is fully equipped with all the necessary bits and pieces. Although we didn’t use the provided beach towels it was good to have the option. Overall a very good stay, excellent communication from the owners and management. I would highly recommend.

An excellent apartment!

My partner and I had a lovely stay in the apartment! It was very spacious and clean and comfortable and there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. The apartment is a very short walk from the local supermarkets and is in close proximity to the main strip and beach, with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. This was our 5th time staying in Los Alcazares and by far our favourite apartment! The pool area is lovely, with a choice of three pools. Although it got quite busy, there was still plenty of space for everyone to relax with a great community feel to it. A big thank you for letting us use the apartment and also to Sarah from the property management team for being such a great help. We hope to stay again soon! Would definitely recommend.

Puerto Marina Los Alcazares

Property in excellent position within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Several supermarkets and also local individual shops. Good sized apartment with 2 bathrooms, living room and sunny balcony. Had all you would want for a relaxing holiday including TV with English channels (for anyone who is feeling homesick)! There are also chairs for taking to one of the pools. Would recommend staying here.

Great Holiday!

Apartment was lovely and clean, had everything you would need. The only thing that I would change is the sun loungers provided as they dont lie fully flat for sunbathing, however this is just personal preference. Great location next to the restaurants, bars and the beach. Pool was amazing, very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

It's an ideal sized property in a distinctive secure development. Location is very good with shops, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk, although the complex itself is very quiet. About 10 minutes walk brings you to the lovely long beach. With a car you can explore further afield, we love the historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia which are both within an easy 45 minutes drive.
