Paul’s Place is a bright, modern and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse on the lovely Albatros complex. The development is secure with gated access and on-site parking, set in a peaceful area yet only 500m from the main Plaza with bars, restaurants, cafés and shops — and just a 10-minute stroll to the beautiful Mar Menor beaches.
The property is ideally positioned overlooking the communal pool, making it perfect for families who like to be close to the centre of the complex.

Inside the Property

The house benefits from air-conditioning and infrared heating in the living room and the 2 upstairs bedrooms, ensuring year-round comfort.
All three bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans and infrared heating.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

For entertainment, there is a flat-screen smart TV, Xbox with games, fibre-optic internet and IPTV with the full Sky package (Sky Sports, Sky Movies), plus a full movie library, box sets and catch-up TV.

Outdoor Space

At the front of the house is a lovely seating area with a stone BBQ and a table for six.
The private roof terrace also features a second stone BBQ, a relaxed seating area, sun loungers and beautiful festoon lighting for the evenings.

The surrounding area is very flat, making it ideal for mobility equipment and prams.

We bought the townhouse in 2018 but have owned a 2 bedroom bungalow on the complex since 2006
(property number 66917 Lou's Place) and love it so much that we have had every family holiday here since. Our Children are now grown up but they still ask to come out with us every year and meet up with friends they have made over the years. We maintain the property to a high standard and take pride in keeping it fresh and modern. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you love Los Alcazares and our bungalow as much as we do.
