Overall stay was great. House is beautiful - kitchen well equipped - there are ant issues. We had them in a bedroom and in cupboards but I know it's hard not to have them with daily and weekly renters. Pool was amazing. Kids loved the house.

The property and neighborhood were great and exactly as pictured.Pros: -The house was beautiful -The grill worked great -Pool was small, but heated and the kids loved it -Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need -Movie theater room was easy to use and a favorite of the kids Cons-Ghost ants got into our food in the cabinets and on the counter the first day. The property manager did send pest control immediately to alleviate the problem, but we didnt risk putting any food away after that point.-Hot water didn’t seem adequate for the amount of bathrooms in the house.-Sound system in the house was broken or didn’t work upon our arrival ans no one ever showed up to fix it -only 2 lounge chairs in the pool area
