Your Herrington lake getaway awaits at this 3-bedroom cottage that sleeps 8 and has two bathrooms! Our Cottage is located in a prime spot for gorgeous lake views and is a short distance to the Bourbon Trail, Centre College, Shaker Village Hiking Trails, Asbury University, golf courses and several marinas! Come relax and enjoy lake views and lake access with three kayaks, Lilly Pad, Paddle Board and firepit. The cottage has parking for 5 cars and a nice yard for S’mores on the fire pit, corn hole tournaments and grilling. We have an open floor plan with Kitchen, dining and Living room that keeps groups all together! I’m a private host I started hosting after I retired so, you won’t communicate with a large rental company it’s me and I appreciate your business. I’m new to VRBO but I’ve been hosting on Airb BNB since I retired and have over hundred reviews and I’m a Superhost! I would be delighted to host your group!

Super clean home (thank you!!), great views, and very cozy. The host was on top of communication and offered several things to do in the area. The refreshments that welcomed us were a very nice surprise.We traveled with 2 elderly ladies and chose this home for the handicap walkway to the door and a walk in shower. Both amenities worked well for us. The beds however are very very high and neither elderly woman could get into the bed without a lot of help. My Mom landed up sleeping on the couch. If you love sleeping on high beds, you will enjoy the double queen bedroom!The bathrooms are very small but functional. The master bedroom is very large but the other bedrooms are very tight with minimal space for luggage. I would stay here again but not with as many adults needing their own sleeping arrangements given the bedroom layouts. 4 adults fit comfortably IMHO. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
