Very clean and nice condo. These condos are our favorite location. We loved seeing the pictures of family that had obviously been visiting Pawleys island condos and the pier for many many years.

There was an issue with the original property we rented, so the realty company put us in a different unit, which was excellent! They were very responsive and helpful.
