Beachfront condo located in the secured community of Litchfield By The Sea. Features 3 bedrooms , 3 full bathrooms , fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a living room with full ocean views. Large balcony with private access to ground floor. Ramp and stair access to beach, 2 pools with hot tub. Community has walking/jogging/biking paths, lake for fishing (license required), Starbucks and Coastal Dish restaurant on site.
