Summary:
The Flats on Baymont Street are in the heart of Clearwater Beach, one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach.
Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.
The Space:
Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am
- The kitchen is supplied with small appliances, utensils, dishware, drinkware, coffee cups, and a drip coffee maker.
-The bathroom is supplied with a hairdryer, shower essentials.
-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.
- Laundry room for guests is located on the second floor. Access to the stairs is at the front of the building. Laundry room is at the end near Loft A.
-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.
-Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.

Unit access is self check-in.

Hi Victor, thank you for your feedback. We were clear about lack of parking in our listing, so that is not something one should expect. We do have a laundry room in the building and we would explained where it is if you had asked. That said, thank you for staying!

Our stay was wonderful. The place was really comfy and cozy. The beds slept really comfortably and the unit is nicely decorated and very close to the beach and is walkable to many stores, restaurants and bars

The location to the beach and shops was ideal. The house was very clean. There were VERY VERY limited amenities. The main reason I choose a rental vs a hotel when I travel is for the ease of cooking, etc. It was very noisy. Bedroom full size glass window facing the street on first level located right next to a coffee shop and right out front street parking. Heard lots of loud talking as early as 6:00 AM and as late as midnight due to the street parking right out front. First night @ 3:20 AM, I had to call 911 because a drunk man kept pounding on the window with his phone blaring loud music. It was quite scary being unsure if he was going to break the glass. Police came and took care of the situation. Host Kimberly was immediately responsive to each time I reached out to her both before and during our stay so 5 plus stars for her. Personally, I would not stay at this location again.
