Listed Tuscan Villa with private pool, solarium, A/C, WI-FI and great ocean view

This charming newly refurbished XVIII century Villa faces the spectacular gulf of Porto Azzurro, with its crystal blue waters. Since mid-summer 2021 a new fabolous private pool with beach area and solarium is available for Villa Bacci guests. The pool is located 60mts from the Villa and gets sun all day long. It is fully fenced for safety reason and to give privacy to the users and it is for exclusive use of Villa Bacci guests. The swimming pool is perfectly integrated in the area and is characterized by nice stone walls to match the XVII century ones and by marble slabs in the solarum, bought from the owner in an exclusive cave in Puglia (south of Italy). Pool facilities (sun loungers, sun umbrellas, teak chairs and table) are located in the area to guarantee extreme comfort to the guests. A shaded gazebo built with peeled chestnut poles has been built in the pool garden for relaxing moments and to enjoy drinks or food during the day.
The 350sqm Villa hosts 14 people in seven fully air conditioned double bed rooms, finely furnished with antiques. The Property, surrounded by olive, lemon, secular pine trees and palms, has a big flowered garden and a private coppice with all the facilities to enjoy the outdoor life. The Villa, which is a Tuscan Architectural Heritage, is characterized by original terracotta floors, terracotta vaults, a spectacular elliptical stone staircase and it is furnished with antiques. The garden has a large ‘800 iron archway that leads to the private vineyard and to the shaded parking area.
From the privileged location it is possible to enjoy unique breath-taking views,while drinking an aperitivo with local wine from the Villa’s vineyard.
A second home for enjoying both the country and seaside of Tuscany, exploring the magnificent beauty of Elba and relaxing in absolute privacy with family and friends. Since January 2015 Free unlimited WI-FI is available at Villa Bacci.
It is the perfect location to enjoy a nice holiday with family and friend in a isolated position far from the crowd.
Since 2020 we increased the cleaning standard to ensure a safe environment (i.e. use of sanitizing products for floors and use of industrially sanitized mattress and pillows covers).
The house has been mentioned by a local turistic web site as the most beautiful in the Porto Azzurro area and one of the most beautiful in the entire island.

Rental Conditions
- Minimum stay is one week with check in and check out on Saturdays
- Sorry, but we do not rent to group of young people (minimum age 28 years)
- Cleaning cost is 218€ to be paid at the check in to the house manager
- Electricity costs are based on real consumption and are charged 0,45€ for KW
- Bed sheets and towels can be brought by guests or rented (14€/person/week for the single set and 24€/week for the double set)
- If you wish to bring your pet, please ask the owner

Then there is the spectacular pool area with the same view of the sea! The house has everything you would need to prepare meals and have family dinners together in the gorgeous dining room that also has a view. Only everyone in our group wanted to eat outside on the patio every night.
The owners have had this home, which it truly is, in their family for two centuries. It was an incredible experience to be able to be in a home so clearly loved and meticulously maintained. Even the historic family photos of Villa Bacci on the hallway wall tell a story of a place that has an ability to create incredible, indelible memories.
