About this property

Villa Teghini, a charming residence in a unique location

E 'in quiet location, surrounded by green but at the same time not far from the village and all its amenities. The slightly elevated position with respect to the country offers the beautiful scenery that frame the view of the sea which is about a mile away. The interior has been preserved in all its characteristic of nineteenth century villa despite having been recently restored. The exterior is liveable at all times of the day due to the presence of many trees.
