Just 100 metres from the sea, surrounded by greenery, far from the crowds, privacy and with a large private garden. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, even together with your beloved pet. The main services are on foot or just a few minutes' drive away: bar, tobacconist, hairdresser, market, restaurants, equipped beach, golf, tennis, farm. The villa is equipped with all comforts: fully equipped kitchen, verandas, barbecue, etc. Only 7 km (10 minutes by car) from Portoferraio, ideal for visiting the whole island with your car or mountain bike.
