Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced, but we do wish you had reached out to us during your stay. None of these concerns were mentioned to our team at the time, so we weren’t aware there was a problem and unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to address them while you were there. We always encourage guests to let us know if something isn’t right so we can step in and help whenever possible.

We’re disappointed to see the 2/10 rating, especially since no reason or feedback was provided. We always welcome honest feedback and would have appreciated the opportunity to understand what went wrong or address any concerns. Without any explanation, it’s difficult for us to know what led to the rating.

We really appreciate you staying with us and hope to have you back again! 😊

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Mikayla!
