Why they chose this property
I love that you can walk to Main Street in 5 minutes. Downtown Ellsworth has so many great shops, restaurants and entertainment. It's also walkable to several trails. And Acadia is just 30 minutes away by car.
What makes this property unique
This house has so much room! With 6 sleeping rooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, it's the only single family downtown of this size.
