Primo location in Old San Juan. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, El Morro. Second floor apartment was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with all essentials need for your stay. Kitchen is well appointed. Host was easy to contact and very responsive.

This was the best spot in Old San Juan! The view was spectacular and the balcony was a plus! It was the best spot to be away from all the craziness. Nice and quiet and serene. I will definitely be back!

Minerva was the most communicative and helpful host I’ve worked with so far. We needed to stay an extra night because of the airlines situations happening and she provided excellent service and were able to stay the extra night. The view from the balcony can't compare. The apartment is well supply with anything you need. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Minerva.

Beautiful Old San Juan

This property is right in the center of Old San Juan in a great residential and safe neighborhood. It was quiet and so close to all the great places to visit in the area. The host sent us a list of some yummy restaurants and was very responsive and respectful of time. I would totally stay here again!

Walking distance to everything

Everything was walking distance to the property! I felt safe as police were always around. Tons of shops nearby and great food! Can’t wait to be back.

The location and view in my opinion is probably about the best you will find in old san juan , there are 20 steps (second floor) which wasnt a problem for us but could be if your handicapped , overall i would rate it excellent

Great location right in old San Juan

This was a super cute place in a fabulous location. It was so nice to stand on the veranda and see the city, fort walls and ocean. Lots of fun thing within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and nice. The master bed is huge. The second bedroom is pretty small but cute. Loved feeling like a local!

Amazing Stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Old San Juan. Our apartment was in a perfect location, allowing for walking access to all the best sites and restaurants. Vickie and Jose could not have been more hospitable. They made us fell welcome from the moment we arrived and provided great recommendations on things to see and do. Jose also prepared a fantastic shrimp mofongo. Highest recommendations on all points.

Ideal location in Old San Juan

Great location in Old San Juan, not too close to cruise ship dock but easy walking to almost anywhere. Nice cozy remodel for 3 to 4 people, with good air conditioning in bedrooms. Parking reserved for residents nights and weekends, but paid valet parking at Hotel Convento for $25/day. Great communication from host, and very friendly, helpful and informative property managers live next door.

Super Stay in Old San Juan

So much of what the owner, Ms. Santos, has done with this property exceeded our expectations. After all, much of Old San Juan is, in fact, very old (500 years old !). Starting with the spectacular view overlooking the bay from the balcony, this is a wonderful place to stay while exploring Puerto Rico. Equipped with all the modern features we’ve come to expect and an owner who always quickly responded to all of our inquiries. We look forward to returning just to stay here again.

Location-location-vacation!

Sitting atop one of both tourists & locals favorite Puerto Rican food experiences (limbers: fruit-infused shaved ices) and sporting a flower-draped balcony overlooking Old San Juan’s iconic La Rogativa statue and the Bay beyond (marvelous sunsets!), we were thrilled that such an apartment in a centuries old building could even be rented! Of good size for the old city, and both well-furnished and well-maintained, we reveled during a week spent there exploring delightful Old San Juan. We can only hope to return soon!

Simply Amazing

This is the place to stay, it’s everything it’s advertised to be. The location and views are fantastic. Close proximity to all sights, restaurants and shops. In a very safe neighborhood, police presence, all day, everyday. Minerva is the BEST host, responsive, kind, informative, helpful from BEFORE the trip started until the very end. I can’t say enough about Minerva or this location. My family and I would definitely stay here again and again. #10 stars

Wonderful!

Had a great time and it truly felt like home because of José and Vickie’s personal touch. Apartment is immaculate, AC works in both bedrooms, and it’s so safe and secure -gorgeous views too! Jose was awesome and walked us around, offered parking for our car (we decided we didn’t need it and used uber other than 1day), and were just so very personal. Amazing!!

Always a Pleasure

This was our second time in this lovely place and it didn’t disappoint. We were there over Three King’s Day. It’s like a second New Year’s Eve. The town is decked out beautifully and we were close to all of it. In spite of the holiday Luis and Minerva checked in to make sure all was well. As we are the type to spend part of our vacations curled up with a book, this place was perfect, with an unparalleled view. Highly recommended!

Nice little apartment in a perfect location

I booked this rental based on it's location near the center of Old San Juan and it's convenience to be able to walk to restaurants etc. in the city. But the fact that it is so close to the Governor's Mansion made it feel extra safe, which was nice. The apartment itself isn't large, but the main bedroom is very large, and having 1 full bath plus a half bath was great since we had 4 people on the trip. Minerva, the owner, was very good communicating, always quick to respond. Jose and Vickie, who manage the property were extra nice and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Overall it was a great stay and I plan on staying there again in the future.
