Fantastic location. Very clean, nice kitchenette. Great air conditioning. Host was great and accommodating with checking-in and check-out. Would return to this unit.

This is the cleanest rental I have ever rented in Old San Juan! Excellent location, closed to EVERYTHING! Beds are comfortable, kitchenette has everything you need. Its loke staying at a hotel but wothout the pricey tag. I will be returning! The owner, Don Porfirio was great, we truly loved our stay!

Location is spot on, close to everything within walking distance. Be aware, you have to take about 15 steps upstairs to get to the rooms. The rooms are narrow and the kitchenette is very small. They provided beach towels which was nice. The bath towels provided were not absorbable. I thought they were blankets. Area felt safe and is about a mile or so from El Morro and a popular hangout called La Vergüenza. Very quiet at night. A/C worked great as did the shower. Very difficult to find parking. Lots were full and street parking is strictly enforced as it is residential only. I suggest NOT renting a car, Uber is available and cheap. The decor is old world european style and it was simply beautiful. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Would recommend, we enjoyed our stay!
