Excellent location in Condado

A few minor things need attention (clogged sink, broken mirror, thin towels), but overall, it was a very nice apartment and the location is superior! Excellent communication with the owner. Overall fantastic!

Nice Condo

Great clean condo for our family of four. Location was great for seeing Old San Juan. It would be helpful to have some written instructions inside the condo. Also, maybe some recommendations on where to eat. This is because we weren't always able to use our cell phones. This is very minor, just a suggestion that might help future guests.

Perfect Triathlon Getaway

We traveled to Puerto Rico for the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon and couldn’t have picked a better location. The direct access to Condado Lagoon was perfect for swimming and other water activities, and the race venue was just a short walk away. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The unit itself suited us well—spacious enough for all our gear and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The only minor issue was a flickering LED light in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off, so we had to keep the doors closed at all times. We're looking forward to possibly doing the race again, and staying here again.

The furniture had stains on them. I put a towel on them before I sat down. The floor had stains also. The shower only had lukewarm water. I messaged the host and she said to check the breakers. I told her the breakers were fine and we were unable to shower because of the water temperature. I didn't hear back from her. Location and security were great.
