There's a dock on the premise with a boat landing less than a quarter mile away. The house is close to snowmobiling trails and within driving distance to Granite Peak Ski Area, mountain biking and the Nine Mile Forest which offers CC skiing and biking. The Mead Wildlife area is down the road with access to thousands of acres of public land. The location will make you feel relaxed as you are right on the water with outdoor fire pits, a dock and outdoor living furniture. You will be a comfortable distance to local dinning and breweries tucked between Wausau, Mosinee, and Marshfield. This is truly a perfect vacation property that will appeal to any interests.
