This 2 bedroom + balcony apartment is located in the more desirable part of South Redondo Beach. Excellent security at this ocean front condominium
The spacious living room and dining area and balcony off living room where you can relax and fully appreciate the ocean and sunset views. California artist, Patrick Nagel prints have been displayed through out the apartment. The two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedrooms includes a king size bed, and second bedroom has a queen size bed, each bedroom have an HD TV. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with full set of plates, pots and pans ready for cooking.
Walk for miles as the water tickles your toes and ankles or ride your bicycle on the bicycle path. The well-maintained Ocean Plaza complex features welcome lobby, roof top gym, sauna, swimming pool, ocean view deck spa tub.
This condo is located near Riviera Village restaurants and stores and only 6 min drive in to the Hermosa Pier.

This condo worked well for ages 5-75! Kitchen was equipped with all the basics. Walked to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's-could Uber back if had too much to carry. Sand bucket, etc. provided for grandson. Playground a block away. Wonderful beach walks everyday. The owners were great. Thursday morning Farmer's Market beside playground. It was a most enjoyable month!

The property was great and exceeded my expectations. Our hosts were extraordinary. They live in the building and were available for some minor issues that were immediately resolved. Couldn't ask for a better location, 5 minutes to the Redondo Beach pier, 1.5 miles to Riveria Village and 2 miles to the Hermosa Beach pier. Easy walks! The unit was amazing stocked with linens, towels spices and kitchen ware. We also had beach toys! We are coming back in 2024!

We rented on VRBO before and are always thinking the property may not be as good as the listing. BUT this place is actually BETTER than the listing portrays it. The location is perfect, the unit is great. Being right on the beach is the best part. And the sunsets were stunning. We will go back. Thank you Teresa!

5 Star Condo & Hosts

This was our first rental property and Teresa and Francisco made us feel comfortable from the first message we exchanged. The condo was great and felt like home for our family summer at the beach. During this crazy year, the pool/gym were closed, but the building was kept extra clean and we felt safe the entire stay. The beach and bike path were steps away and the hosts supplied sand toys and some boogie boards that were tons of fun! Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach condo in Redondo!

Dream vacation at the beach

From the first second at this place we felt very comfortable. Francisco and Theresa were perfect hosts. The residential was cozy , very clean and the view is awesome. We felt very safe at this place and the neighbors were all friendly. It was our first long time rental and we felt like home. We really looking forward to come back.

An incredible gem in a wonderful beach city!

This condo is everything it appears in the pictures and lives up to it once you experience it. I took an extended vacation following retirement and chose Redondo Beach and this condo. It was a fabulous experience. The home was well stocked with everything needed, very tastefully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. The view is spectacular and the location offers everything within a short walking distance. That includes a swim in the ocean, walks or jogs along the beach, a Wholefoods grocery store a few blocks away and incredible restaurants along the pier, another short walk away. It's in a very family friendly community. At night it's amazingly quiet with the exception of the wonderful sound of the ocean to put you to sleep. I plan to do it again...same location!

What we love about this home
The view is breathtaking - whitewater views with waves crashing in. At night, moonlight bouncing off the ocean creates a natural light. It is incredible! This is also an extremely secure building. You need keys not only to enter, but to use the elevator. All the underground parking garage is covered and secured in. We have a nice children's park steps away, a Farmer's market every Thursday right next door at the veteran's park parking lot. The Redondo pier is less than 1/10 of 1 mile away. We also have incredible beach side bike paths, near perfect weather, and the ocean sound.

What makes this property unique

Within walking distance to the great Redondo Beach Pier and Marina and only one mile away to the famous Riviera Village, where you can enjoy great restaurants, bars and shops.
