This fabulous property features 2 bedrooms, including a cozy queen bed and a comfortable queen coil spring futon, 2 full bathrooms , a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, with a grill on the deck! Guests can unwind in style!! Enjoying all of the pleasant amenities of home! There is a small creek along the back of the property with a fire pit and seating. With 3 other cozy outdoor living areas! Conveniently located to a pay lake! Covered parking available.
Down town Spencer is just a short drive, with several local destinations, such as Main Street Coffee, Civilian Brewery, Hiking at McCormick's creek State park or Greens Bluff nature Preserve, Finish your day with a glass of wine and a dessert at Owen Valley Winery! We look forward to hosting you at our retreat home! One exterior security camera is located on the barn for your safety. A photo of the camera view is in the pictures of the home ...As well the property is 25 mins south of I-70 and 20 mins west of Bloomington. Perfect base station to explore beautiful southern Indiana and surrounding areas!

The place was beautiful. Has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen. We appreciated the feeling of being at home. The property is beautiful and there are lots of places to sit. The host left their number on the fridge in the case we needed anything. Well worth the trip and it was affordable. Would definitely go back someday!

We had a lovely, long stay at The Artesian Spring House. Check-in was seamless, the house had everything we needed but it was also close enough to Spencer to make any trip easy. Overall house is cozy and quaint, the yard is beautiful, and the silence of being in the country is devine. Would gladly stay here again.

This is a full five-star property and there is absolutely nothing I would change. It's a quiet location on a seldom traveled country road a short drive from the little city of Spencer. The owners have provided a delightful house set in a lovely setting. My husband forgot his boots and they reached out to us before we realized he had left them and we will be receiving them within a few days. That just tells you what good people you are renting from. Thank you!

This is a great getaway spot. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the quiet of the country, interrupted only by the occasional bleating of a goat in the distance. Only one car drove by all night. The home is beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were great with communication, and they were exceptionally accommodating. A real 5-star experience for us!

A Home Away from Home! Todd and Sherry were remarkable hosts, with exceptional communication before, during and after our stay. With family nearby hosting Christmas, my husband, son and I chose to stay at this hidden gem rather than stay at a hotel. If you're looking for a place in the area, stop looking - the Artesian Spring House is it! This spacious property has amazing energy and is easy to access.
