This was the perfect stay for the weekend! We were in Bloomington for a basketball tourney for our nephew! The location was perfect in regards to easily accessing the sports venue. The bed was really comfortable! We would choose to stay here if a need to return to Bloomington is necessary!

Amazing host, helpful, friendly and communicative. The house was immaculate and well-appointed, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet less than 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go - the IU campus, restaurants and grocery stores. Finally, the checkout process was not overburdensome; it was simple and streamlined. Highly recommend a stay at this property, and would return again without hesitation.

The place is cute; however, we had terrible trouble with the heat and the host took too long to get the situation remedied, so we spent a very uncomfortable 1st night, cold. The second night, we roasted. It is very well appointed and comfortable, but just the bare minimum is there. Great for families, I think as the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is new and well laid out with plenty of room and a nice dining area.
