This property is exactly as described on listing. It is very close to the beach. Kelly did a great job with communication and answered our questions very quickly. We enjoyed the kitchen because it had so many staple items and utensils so that we could cook easily. Also appreciate that the basics were plentiful!!! (Toilet paper, cleaning supplies and coffee!!) there was also plenty of bedding and towels for everyone. We will definitely stay again next time in Jacksonville. Thanks Kelly for sharing your home with us.

This property is outstanding. Stayed a week while getting treatment at a medical center. Loved how quiet it was for great sleep. Great work spaces for me and my husband as well. Everything was clean and orderly. Even in the off season at a cold snap enjoyed the nearby beach. Tons of stuff to do in the summer too! All things you'd need are included, and The host was very responsive to any questions! Highly recommended!

This property is subpar. We had issues with roaches, the refrigerator door leaking water that pooled ln the floor, the garbage disposal not working ,& flooding the sink with other peoples food. Many electrical outlets & lights do not work. This property needs work. Forgef about beach chairs - rusted & broken. These folks need to take a closer look if they want to stay in business.

As soon as it was brought to my attention that the chairs had rusted (very common one block from the ocean) They had four brand new chairs within an hour and a new beach umbrella. There is no water leaking from the freezer. That was ice that they had dropped and had melted. Any bulbs that were out have been replaced. There is a weekly pest company that comes in and IF there were any cockroaches they are a fact of life in Florida and everything has been done at the condo to make sure they are a rare existence. I asked the guests if they wanted the disposal replaced immediatley and they did not. These people were extremely rude and ill mannered. They were given a full refund after three days for the remainder of their time. Steer clear.
