Enjoy peaceful neighborhood walks or reach Downtown Chico in just 5 minutes for great dining and entertainment.

Relax in our fenced-in backyard—ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying fresh air. (BBQ coming soon!)

This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome has room for everyone:
