Pebble Tech pool and spa with stacked stone spillway in desert/tropical landscaped backyard. Comfortable outdoor furniture set up around gas fire pit. Nice views of mountains and backyard faces west for afternoon sunshine. Slate outdoor columns. One new Beautyrest king bed in master with 49 inch roku tv. Another newer queen bed in second room and a soft pillow top queen in third bedroom. Glass rock fireplace in Living Room. 65 inch Samsung LED Smart TV in great room. Porcelain and Slate Tile throughout. Carpet in one of queen bedrooms. High speed internet wifi. Two miles to El Paseo and JW Marriott in Palm Desert. Walking distance to Starbucks, Albertsons, Si Bon and Bristol Farms. Additional pool heating charge for cooler months of october-april. Newer efficient pool spa heater. 28 day minimum stay required per local rules.
