If looking for activities, there is golf, pickle ball, tennis & bocce ball, all within walking distance. If you want to venture out, there are amazing restaurants & shopping near by. The Coachella Valley has so much to offer. Iconic Palm Springs is 14 miles away. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is 3.5 miles away. Multiple casinos are less than 8 miles away. Many hiking trails are within 5-15 miles. The Coachella Valley hosts some of the biggest music festivals around, such as Coachella, Stagecoach. The nearby casinos and new Acrisure Arena also host musical artists, comedians, and a hockey team. This is a place that has something for everyone.
