Dave and Guests were absolutely wonderful! I’m genuinely happy to recommend him and would gladly host him again. He left the cabin beautifully clean and followed all the house rules. Our communication was always smooth, warm, and friendly, making the entire experience truly enjoyable.

Wonderful spot for a little getaway! Our family of 3, plus our dog, had an incredible time! Perfectly located close enough to do a lot of activities but tucked away enough to relax. Host were communicative and felt like we could reach out if needed. We plan to return!

Such an amazing spot to get away for the weekend! We enjoyed a nice fire, and loved being so close to a bunch of fun things to do. Host is quick to respond to any communication.Will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic little cabin. Very clean and comfortable, the hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. Great little place and I hope to be back again next year - and won’t forget my s’mores sticks next year!

Bridget was truly fantastic! She genuinely loved the cabin, taking special care of it and displaying kindness and respect throughout her stay. Hill Side Suite was the perfect getaway! The cabin was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with modern rustic charm. The host thought of everything that you may need for your visit, including extra toiletries if forgotten at home! The s'mores station was a welcome surprise! Outside was quiet and tranquil. The fire pit is situated between comfy Adirondack chairs and the host even provided blankets for use near the fire pit! The exterior lighting adds to the charm of the cabin. Laurie was a great host! Check in and out was a breeze and the communication was excellent. Laurie was very quick to respond to a question I had. There is so much to do in the area from hiking the Allegheny mountains, shopping in Ellicotville, shows at the casino, and plenty of wonderful dining options! My husband and I will definitely return again!

Great Time

Met the owner when checking in. Friendly and very helpful. Pictures do not give this cabin justice. The cabin is spacious, but cozy. The fire barrel was a great spot to enjoy the evenings. Pretty much what is at home is provided here. Great times! Will be returning. Highly recommend.
