We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a few minor issues that came up and our host was so friendly and responsive. Took care of everything and actually went above and beyond. Was very convenient to the freedom trail and airport. Highly recommend

Excellent communication with host! Great location, about 10-15 minute drive into downtown Boston, close to highway, and lots of places to shop within 5 minute drive (Star Market, dollar store, Target, etc.) well appointed and spacious apartment, great for 2 couples or a family. Excellent amenities (gym, pool table, shuffle board, and very safe and secure parking garage.) Very comfortable beds, nice shower, and it is very quiet-we never heard our neighbors. We felt very safe as the building is very secure. I would definitely stay again!

Nice property. Few suggestions. Should have at least four glasses. Only three present. Dish towel would be nice. Keurig coffee coffee maker would be nice since smaller expresso cartridges are very difficult to find.

Plenty of room for four people. Very clean. Building is secure and close to public transportation. The ability to receive mail and packages was very helpful. Having a washing machine and dryer was convenient. Hyatus responded quickly to solve a problem with the ice maker. There was a periodic odor problem that was likely more building related than apartment related and Hyatus committed to following up. We would use this apartment again without hesitation. And again - great location.

This was my first time renting an apartment through VRBO, and overall, everything went very smoothly. My first impression of the property was absolutely incredible, and the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one-month stay. The apartment was generally in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed having a comfortable and well-equipped space for an extended stay. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay—the sink drainage would occasionally have an issue, and the electrical switch would sometimes go off—but these were relatively minor compared with the overall experience. We stayed for a full month and, although we didn’t use the pool, the BBQ area was quite nice and a great additional amenity.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were impressed with the apartment, its space, and the amenities. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Instructions were easy to follow, the hosts were very responsive to our inquires, and the apartment was clean / well furnished. Points of room for improvement would be: stocking some standard cooking spices/seasonings for those of us who like to cook (only iodized salt was in the pantry, we left some spices for future guests) and usable work desk (plenty of space on the island but hard to sit at for long periods and or when using for cooking). My colleague and I would happily stay there again.

Parking was secure and plentiful. Apartment was new and felt clean/modern. Location is close to downtown with a short drive or uber ride. The surrounding area is quiet and industrial so it’s not where you would want to take strolls with the family. It’s perfect for in and out with a car.
