Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
* Cover the backyard patio furniture * Close all Sliding Doors and windows * Adjust the two Temp Control Units and set to 78 degrees
* Return two double door garage door remotes * Empty kitchen trash and replace trash bag * Turn off all veiling fans to avoid triggering motion detector
Be sure to throw garbage into garbage can and not the recycle bin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the home, no parking vehicle on street over-night and please keep outdoor audio speaker volume down after 10 pm nightly.
