About this property

Chateau Saguaro is your home away from home

We are located off 50th street and Washington, which is ideal for festival goers, hikers, families, and professionals. We have surrounding unobstructed views of the mountains from almost every room. The entire house is only yours during your stay. Marble floors, vaulted ceilings and a timeless feel. Chateau Saguaro is 1,768 sq ft and the land is 5,227 sq ft. It’s a 4 bed 2.5 bath with a spa and pool. Come check it out!

My father built this home and my mom designed it. My sisters and I are excited to open our home to you. We hope you enjoy it.

Our Chateau comes with full access every part of the house: the kitchen, living room, indoor washer and dryer, also included is high speed wifi, smart TVs, an lap style pool and spa. This is not a shared home.

We are close to Old town La Quinta, the Waldorf Astoria, the 4.5 miles from the Polo Fields, PGA West and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Also close by are wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and El Paseo for luxury shopping!

Finally, a short 30 minute drive will get you to downtown Palm Springs, 45 minutes to Cabazon and a variety of Casinos are around town!

If you have kids we have a private park at the end of our cul de sac and the Living Desert is close by!

You can walk, bike, Uber or drive! Parking is available in the driveway. We also have street parking available and no street sweeping to worry about!

The host was very nice, rooms and bedding are as described in the listing. The home is clean and is easy to get to. The lower rating is because of a few things:Home is in need of a facelift: many lights do not work, switches are dirty, tiles are cracked, bathrooms are dated, master sink is rusting, exhaust fan over master shower made noises that were... unusual, some light fixtures are in need of replacement, some of the provided appliances in the kitchen should be replaced.Couple things to know (because it was a bit surprising):No soap for bathing (there is hand soap, shampoo and conditioner)No tissues in the home

Perfect place for our family get together

We stayed here with our 3 grown children who live in different parts of the county. It was a spacious place with room for everyone. Pool was heavenly once it was heated. It was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of light in the place, too, which is really important to my wife. Would definitely recommend.

Very Tidy & Quaint :)

Very tidy and quaint home equipped with everything you need. Good beds with ample enough space for our group of 9. Plenty of towels for the pool, with a convenient washer & dryer (detergent on hand). The communication with the host, Rena, was super easy and quick via the vrbo app. She was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and within reasonable diving distance of Walmart, Walgreens, stater bros, etc. We had hoped to be in the pool the entirety of our Memorial Weekend stay, but were only able to enjoy the pool the first day due to the evening dust storms which put a damper on the remaining couple days of our trip. Pool got pretty dirty. Notified the host who offered to send someone over to clean it, but unfortunately no one was avail. due to the holiday. We had a great stay overall tho! Would recommend a stay.

We truly enjoyed this property. Rema was great and responded quick to our emails regarding our stay. We weren’t able to warm the pool so we messaged her, she sent Alice to show us how to warm the pool and jacuzzi. The house is beautiful, love the high wood ceilings, nice area and stores are close. Costco was less than a ten minute drive. Starter Bros., Ross, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, In-in-Out, Starbucks and so many restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.
