The house was everything we needed! We had some concerns when we first checked in with the pool being dirty and the TVs not working in the bedrooms, but the pool was cleaned and fixed, and although the TVs couldn't be repaired during our stay, they compensated us by allowing a late check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was extremely clean, and the kitchen basics (glassware, dishes, etc.) well stocked… Loved that we could park under the house in the shade. The pool seemed small at first, but was all that we needed!

First of all the Outer Banks is breathtaking never mind this house and its location just steps away from the beach. From the cleanliness the decorating and the whole house itself is just outstanding.! the view on the top porch is just breathtaking. I could’ve sat there all day and the furniture out there is so sturdy and comfortable. From the communication to even the friendliness of the pool lady I give this place five stars! one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in and I go away a lot..

Siren's Serenade

We had a wonderful spring break at this beautiful home. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals on our own and there is a gas grill on the property. The pool was clean and refreshing. I was disappointed that the hot tub was non functional upon our arrival but it was repaired a few days into our stay. We enjoyed sitting under the Edison lights and soaking in the hot tub on the chilly spring nights. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Rodanthe pier.

Property is beautiful and very nicely decorated. You have views of the ocean and the sound from out of most of the upstairs windows. The walk to the beach is less than two minutes.There's only three houses in front of you, but the way the house is situated gives you fantastic views. The decks are very nice and the furniture is very nice, and both indoor and outdoor of the house are very well maintained. Both the pool and hot tub are very nice. We had a problem with the air.Conditioning, and the guy came out within one hour and it wasn't getting free on.So he changed a filter, and the house got nice and cool again. The only couple things I would say that owners might be aware of is they did not come, do a midweek, clean of the pool or hot tub. They did come and replace the pump.Because it was not moving any water, but they never cleaned the pool or hot.Tub which I would have preferred. Also, it seemed like all the filters needed to be cleaned in the house.And the furnace. And while this is extremely small, there were no scissors in the house, and I probably went to grab a pair of scissors at least ten times on that stay. Those are all minor things. I'm just letting the owners know because I would wanna know. Oh, and the towel rack is off. The wall and the second level suite. And it looked like there was an old dog p spot on the carpet on one of the landings.But the house was amazing.I would give it a nine out of ten, and it was clean and great location, and overall perfect for
