The culdesac was a little messy but the area had just experienced a severe storm so no problem there. The house was in good shape-clean and in good working order. This place would be great for a large family gathering. The owners were friendly and very attentive to my messages.

This is a beautiful home with lots of space to spread out and relax. The photos don't do justice to the ocean views from the top floor deck. The sunrises are spectacular and the beach itself was a beautiful spot to watch the waves, relax, and play in the surf. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus. Cynthia and Eric responded quickly and were so easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved this home and can't wait to go back.

Our family had a wonderful week in Rodanthe. The house is very special, with incredible views, lots of space, and good amenities. The kids loved the pool and how easy it was to go back and forth to the beach. Check in and communication was very easy. Highly recommend!

Great house, lots of extras, close to beach, wonderful views of both sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound! We unfortunately had a nor’easter storm for this our first visit to OBX and got stranded for several extra days. The Kellehers/owners were awesome in all ways to help and communicate with us. Everything kept working (e.g., power) when other houses around us went dark and those renters had to leave. The elevator was a great feature, too, that may not be available in other rentals. We all had fun playing billiards, also.

This property is amazing! The house, pool, spa and most of all the beautiful views were all so great! It’s a very short walk to the beach too! The hosts Eric and Cynthia were so easy to work with and their communication is great as well. Can’t wait for our next stay here!

Beautiful property central location to all locations up and down OBX. We had some air conditioning and toilet problems first few days but owner was very quick to respond and send maintenance. Views from back decks were great for sunrises. Kitchen was well outfitted even with spices for shrimp boil. Used the two out door grills for a few evening meals. Pool was a wonderful bonus with our grandkids. I would highly recommend this property and thank goodness for the elevator!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Cynthia’s home and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Communication with the host was also excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. Even though the weather wasn’t the best during our stay, it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all—we still had a great time enjoying the home and everything it had to offer. Our family truly enjoyed our time there, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a summer stay. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay in Rodanthe!

It was our second time staying at this home and everything was great. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool provides a perfect cool-off spot after the ocean. The views are excellent and it is perfectly relaxing. We’ve already booked a week for next week!

Great house & location

This house offers great bedroom set up with 3 king suites. There were a few toys for my young kids to play with, which is also appreciated. We loved the closeness to the beach and the views. It’s a great vaca home!

This house has it all. Great location, very responsive host. Very nice place for a relaxing getaway. Some things to note Rodanthe is one of the more remote OBX destinations so be prepared to bring everything you think you will need.

Great Property in Rodanthe

Love the property. Communication with Eric and Cynthia was easy and quick. The place was in great shape. Loved the elevator to get stuff to the top floor. Lovely view of the ocean and bay. Highly recommend these guys!
