We move this place! This was our second time to visit, and we were very pleased we went back. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed with amazing views of the White River. It sits right on the White, and we accessed the river for kayaking right from the back yard. For one float, we put it at Shipp’s Ferry and floated down the the house. For another, we left from the back yard (the river) and floated down to Red’s Landing. The fishing is awesome right out the back door!

My group had a great time at this property! The house was super clean and recently updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and upscale. The large screened porch, large decks, and outdoor tables made hanging out easy and comfortable. The kids enjoyed throwing frisbee in the large back yard and easy walk in river access. Very nice property, well stocked, great owner communication, and very easy check in, check process. I definitely would recommend this home, if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable get a way in this area!

Beds are super comfortable. The house was decorated beautifully. Had a little hiccup at check in, but the owner answered swiftly and had me walking through the door in only a few minutes. Location was great for fishing. You can wade out to fish and the kids can play in the river while you cast. The two fire pits under the screened back porch was a nice touch, plus the added tv. Great for a relaxing night around the fire.

Absolutely wonderful!This house is in a perfect location just below the confluence of the White and North Fork Rivers. It sits on a quiet street among other beautiful homes, yet it’s an easy 10-minute drive to Norfork or 20 to Mountain Home. The property makes a great drop-in spot to float down to Red’s Landing or a perfect take-out spot if floating from Shipp’s Landing upstream. Both are easy 1.5-2.5 hour floats.The house itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to have a peaceful, fun stay in Norfork. Well appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, and plenty of places to gather or just sit and soak it all in. Oh! And the beds are very comfy!Be sure to enjoy some time on the screened-in patio while you’re there. It’s amazing!
