A sophisticated Harbor view retreat among all the Saugatuck Festivities. Oval Beach pass provided for weekly summer rentals.
Why share bathrooms when you can enjoy 5 Bedrooms with en suite tile baths in an historic building facing the harbor. Enjoy the exposed brick walls, original hardwood floors, art and antiques throughout. Modern Kitchen. All modern amenities. Four King beds and 2 TwinXL (that can convert to King) Each Bedroom has attached custom tile bath. There is an extra half bath. Sleeps 10 adults and 11 or 12 with infants in Pack N Play or small roll-away twin. Easy stroller access to town. Great to have your own private room and enjoy the large great room together overlooking the harbor. Plenty of living space for your family or group. Easy area with strollers. Great deck overlooking harbor.

Custom built Chef's kitchen with granite island and counters, 3 under counter sinks, Viking induction stove, Miele dishwasher, trash compactor,2 convection ovens, Jenn Air convection microwave, new French door refrigerator with water and ice, Kitchen Aid Mixer, blenders. Six bar stools at kitchen to enjoy while cooking.
Deck off kitchen with grill and dining table. Additional porches and patio outside bedrooms. New TV/game lounge area on ground floor suite for 2022.
The first floor suites have coffee makers. Two Washer-Dryers. Three large HDTV's with Cable and WIFI provided.
Building was created with new fire sprinkler system for safety.
Summer weekly rental Sunday - Sunday - have a full weekend in town!
Ideal location just park and enjoy the town and events. Walk to restaurants, theater, shops or boardwalk. Fireworks right out front!
With the private deck off kitchen/living to enjoy the harbor, marina and people watching. Be apart of it but above it all. Two additional porches and patio too.

Fabulous House in Saugatuck

We spent 4 nights in Saugatuck in this fabulous house while attending a family wedding. The house was right downtown with a view of the harbor and within a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back again. We loved the house and the location.

Labor Day Weekend

Marta’s house was a perfect base for a great weekend. Easily waking to all the shops and restaurants. Hanging on the porch overlooking the boats was a great way to start the morning. The house was super clean and had anything we could ask for and more. The five king beds with en suite baths was ideal for our group. We highly recommend Marta’s home.

Wonderful Weekend

The property was in an excellent location, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need to host a barbecue or a formal dinner party. The bathrooms were spotless and had cleaning supplies tucked away under the cabinets. I’m sure that we will return, and would highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs a space with lots of room.

Perfect Family Vacation Location

Marta is a very considerate and responsive host. This house is very clean, comfortable and ideally located. There is a perfect ratio of family and private space. The kitchen is well equipped and we easily fit 7 adults into the living space for meals and socializing. The decorations and furniture in this historic home are eclectic and fun! The house is located in the main shopping and nightlife district with relaxing view of the sunsets over the river. Everyone agreed that this was the perfect house for our family and made our vacation extra special!

Family Weekend

WONDERFUL! By far one of the BEST places we have ever stayed! The location was perfect to walk to all the shops and restaurants, plus a lovely view of the water, and nice path along the dock. The artwork and furnishings were amazing, warm and comfortable, and plenty of room to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including spices and a few condiments. All bathrooms had the necessary items plus many extras (even found throat lozenges when I came down with a cough). The entire place was extremely clean. Many great recommendations that were so helpful when deciding where to eat/drink. Marta was very responsive and truly interested in making this weekend special for our 90 yr old Dad, thankful for the welcome basket!

Fit for a King

We were looking for nice large family rental with en-suite bathrooms, King beds, and air conditioning. but what we found exceeded our expectations! The place is very special, with beautiful views AND conveniently located in town with so much to do and see and eat and drink. We arrived to find the house cool, clean, and well stocked with anything we might need to prepare food or drinks. The rooms are each very comfortable and private. There were lots of extra special touches throughout. Our host was super helpful and also left very clear concise instructions. What a great place to stay for a multi-generation family getaway. Couldn’t be better!

A Perfect Stay in Every Way

Our group of 5 couples had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. We have rented different places in Saugatuck over the last few years but hands down this one was our favorite. Marta was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was super responsive to all of my inquiries and made everything as simple as could be. We all sincerely appreciated the attention to detail regarding the property description, cleanliness and cute little touches that made our stay special. The snacks and wine were perfect. If you are looking for a property that is in a great location where you can gather together but also enjoy quiet time (5 suites!) this is the place for you. Marta - we will be back!!!!

Awesome propertty!

We had a great vacation and Marta's property was absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The location in Saugatuck was incredible - there is a beautiful view of the water from the upper deck, and you are in the absolute center of Saugatuck. Everything is within easy walking distance. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our 4 children (ages 16-26), including the fiance of our oldest (so 7 total). Every bedroom has a king so more couples could easily stay there. The kitchen is well equipped, and we ended up cooking a couple of times, and eating out the rest. Highly recommend driving to Oval beach and viewing the sunset. The artwork and decorations in the house were really nice, and the treats she left for us on arrival were great (especially the chocolates!). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Friends celebrating birthdays!!

We had five couples so we rented the entire house including the separate unit attached, It was so awesome to have 5 king size beds AND 5 full bathrooms!! Marta did a fantastic job equipping the unit with not only kitchen items, but all the small things you need like napkins, TP, paper towels, all the different kitchen soaps, etc to make our visit perfect. The common living spaces are roomy and comfy. We used the attached deck most of the time because the weather was amazing. The location could not be better! We walked to dinner every night and enjoyed a great view of the water all the time!

Great Location, Superb Accommodations

This property is pristine. We enjoyed the spacious rooms - such a treat after a long day and also wonderful to have some quiet time when traveling with a group. The common areas have enough seating for everyone to be a part of the conversation and the kitchen has (literally) every tool or gadget you could need - whether you're cooking a feast or enjoying a simple snack. We loved the location - the view is beautiful and being able to step outside and be right downtown was an added bonus. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants all within a minute or two. It's also a short drive to hike Mount Baldhead, to local wineries, or to downtown Douglas for additional shopping and dining options. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend with family and friends. In addition to the fine home, I really appreciated Marta's prompt responses and ongoing communication. She sent a list of restaurants and activities in advance which was so helpful in planning our stay - definitely not expected, but saved us a lot of trouble searching reviews to find things to do. I would recommend this home over and over - and would love to come back!
