Just steps from downtown Graeagle and surrounded by the beauty of nature, there is plenty to do or you may just find relaxation doing nothing at all. The home has a lovely backyard with outdoor dining for 6, a gas bbq, and lawn games. A short walk will lead you to Mill Pond where you can enjoy picnics, swimming, kayaking, and fishing spring through fall.
