About this property

Location! 6th street in Clarksville neighborhood. Walk to attractions.

Clarksville is the best neighborhood! Safe, charming, and an easy walk to food, spas, yoga studios, town lake for hikes or kayaks. Located on famous 6th St, the quiet west side, but close to the lively east 6th Street. One parking spot included. The condo is supplied with plenty of towels, kitchen and grooming, basics, iron, coffee, snacks... Note- Air conditioning is with window units. This vintage building’s central AC is too weak for hot Texas summers.

The space
The condo is an end unit on the second floor. The unit has a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and 6th Street. The building is one of two in this fairly small complex. There is a reserved parking spot in the lot of the complex.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condominium.

Other things to note
Check in is any time after 3PM. Check out is 11AM. When it is time to leave don't worry about bedding or towels. You're on vacation. Relax- we'll cleanup for you.

The stay was great, the toilet clogged on the first night and the overall ac was not consistent but the area was great and the atmosphere was also amazing.

The toilet was clogged by guests-I fished out a plastic item and a very large wad of triple folded toilet paper. Guests denied they clogged it but the toilet has been working without issue for years. There were dirty dishes and open container of food on counter. Wrapping paper from bandaids and food were thrown on floor rather than in trash. Very disrespectful to my space.

Great little place

The condo was in a prime location whether you are in Austin for work or entertainment. Not in the heart of things so you get a quiet night, but close enough to everything that your stay is convenient. Clean, comfortable, and all you need for a good visit to the ATX.

Great little condo in a residential section of downtown Austin. Well appointed with plenty of towels, toiletries, and even a pool bag if we wanted to use the pool. The kitchen was convenient for morning breakfast and coffee with a large window to let in the natural light. The unit is on the end of a two story older building with an exterior staircase. It was surprisingly quiet as we never heard any neighbors through the walls.
