Cheery 1 bedroom studio apt attached to hip East Austin home in the heart of everything--only one mile west of downtown Austin and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Short bus or rideshare to all Austin has to offer. Private entrance, private bath, roomy closet, kitchenette, and large private deck. Bath includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, but no bathtub. Also includes off-street parking space. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and basic utensils.

Property was as advertised. Good location with quick access to get around the city. Host was quick to respond to communication and was able to let us check-in early, which was very helpful. The only caveat I would put out for potential renters is that it is near a road and so there is traffic noise. We slept fine but if you're not used to that, it may be an issue. Would rent again.

This was an amazing location for my stay! I attended Austin City Limits and stayed for a day before and after and it was so easy to navigate the neighborhood and area! The host was extremely friendly and had excellent communication :) I would 100% stay here again for another weekend trip. The room was perfect for just me but i could definitely comfortably fit another person in there with me. Added bonus of having coffee on the private patio in the front in the mornings!

Great Location

I stayed here for an entire month, it was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The location is also very close to downtown Austin, I could walk downtown in 20 minutes or so and could drive there in as little as 5 minutes. Great spot for those visiting Austin!

Everything met and exceeded our expectations. All interactions with the owner was excellent from the check-in to check-out process. This place was exactly what we needed to escape from our days activities of exploring Austin. Micklethwait BBQ not too far away is a phenomenal place and worth checking out.

Clean little unit. Defintely a studio and some storage options had more wear on them than expected. Had a hiccup with the AC unit, that actually damaged an item and definitely added stress to our stay. But, their onsite property manager, Kevin absolutely saved the day and our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and waa so genuinely kind all the way around.

Great location. Small but did what we needed. Only complaint was with the parking. There’s not a ton of space and if other guests are not considerate you can find yourself in a pickle. Over all this place was good. I’d consider it again if I ever go back to Austin.
