Needs a lot of work
I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to rentals, but this one is rough. To start, we ended up having to drive through the night as our place that we were staying canceled last minute and it was too late to rent a motel since it was after midnight and no one would let us check in until 4pm. We arrived and offered to pay to get in early to sleep since I knew there were no guests. We were told that there was a checkout (lie) and that we needed to wait till 4 for the cleaner to finish up. Ok fine. We laid down in the hallway and waited 3 hours. No one came or went and when we got the key, the suit had not been cleaned. There was nasty soaps and hair everywhere and it was just all around a mess. This set the tone for the whole week. I understand needing time to clean but we offered to pay and we’re straight up lied to and made to sit for hours when a little courtesy could have gone a long way. On top of that, not a single one of the tvs work, they don’t have any access to streaming either. there are almost no dishes or anything else that should be stocked. The doors are off track and weigh about 800lbs so good luck with that. The outlets don’t work, the ice maker doesn’t work, and that’s just to name a few things. Property manager doesn’t respond to calls or texts, so we sucked it up. Would I rent again? Never. I’ve stayed in other units here and things are a little dated but this was a new level or neglect for a “luxury condo” Do yourselves a favor and keep looking.
