Excellent experience. We stayed there and had a lot of stuff to do. The host was very helpful met us on the first day. She kept in constant contact with me. The whole house was very nice.

We had a great stay! Easy to get in. The parking was a plus! KK was very communicative! We only stayed for a couple of nights and didn’t really use the kitchen but it’s fully set up! We would def stay here again when visiting family.

The property is in exquisite condition from bathrooms to bedrooms. Clean and fresh. KK was in touch with us regularly before and during to insure our every need. At check-in we just walked in and settled in. The property is located walking distance from groceries and fine restaurants. We had a great experience in midtown. We highly recommend this rental.

Nicely appointed condo for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and necessities. Easy driving from the location to any LA area attractions you might want to visit.

Charming condo, perfect

This condo was perfect, we stayed central to both sofi and Greek theater for a concert weekend. Clean and wonderfully located to beach front Santa Monica!

We had a great 2 nights here while we were in Los Angeles. This was a great location near Santa Monica food and shopping and we were only 20-25 minutes from SoFi Stadium for the NFL game we were in town for. Very clean and a great place that was nice and quiet at the end of a long day running around LA. I would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

Great space, very helpful owners

Stayed here almost a month, the owners were very kind and accommodating. Property is spacious and quiet. Excellent location, blocks to Erewhon, Teafer Joe’s, Whole Foods, walk to Montana Ave with the cute shops. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Great Stay

Very well located for all Santa Monica has to offer. Very easy check in and even easier check out. Property manager great. Available if needed and courteous checks ins via text if we needed anything. Property very up to date and clean.
