Sunny living area opens to kitchen (winter 2020 renovation). Two bedrooms with queen bed, and one bedroom with twin beds.Two Lovely tiled baths. Guest cottage with queen bed, twin loft and half bath. Beautiful deck which joins the the main house to the guest cottage. Nicest outdoor shower in Edgartown! Great private back yard with room for grilling and bocce!
Walk to all Edgartown attractions or bike to the beach.

Location, Location, Location!!! This is a great spot within walking distance of Edgartown Village; close the all the beaches and Vineyard sites. This is a family friendly house with a wonderful deck for spending many a relaxing afternoon.
