We're a family with four young children who have been vacationing in Narragansett for nearly a decade with our large extended family. After years of creating wonderful memories here, we decided to purchase this property and transform it into the kind of welcoming space we'd want to stay in ourselves. We understand firsthand what makes a family vacation home comfortable and convenient, especially for large groups. We're passionate about creating spaces where families can gather, relax, and build lasting memories together, just as we've done with our own family throughout the years.

After vacationing in this neighborhood for close to ten years, we fell in love with its perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The proximity to Roger Wheeler Beach means our children can easily walk there without the hassle of parking or long treks with beach gear. We appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere, where kids can safely play and explore. The neighborhood offers just the right amount of privacy while still being close to local attractions, restaurants, and everything Narragansett has to offer. Having experienced this area as visitors for so many years, we know it provides the ideal setting for creating cherished family memories.

What makes our property truly special is how it was designed with large family gatherings in mind. Having experienced many family vacations ourselves, we spent four months renovating this home to include all the attributes typical vacation rentals might have. The three separate living spaces with their own fully stocked kitchens provide both togetherness and privacy for extended families. We've thought through practical details like multiple washer/dryer sets, ample comfortable seating, and central air throughout. The nine bedrooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements, while the walkable beach access and outdoor shower make daily outings effortless. This isn't just a rental property to us – it's a home designed based on our own family's vacation experiences.
