The whole trip was spectacular from start to finish! Elizabeth was fantastic and the property was everything we could've asked for and then some! The house is the perfect location for walking around Newport.

What a beautiful home! We rented for our daughter's wedding weekend and couldn't have been happier. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable, and perfectly elegant. Elizabeth was so very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth was very easy to work with. The listing stated 5 bedrooms which were a couple more than we needed but I thought would work for those of us who couldn’t sleep with out significant others, snoring etc. There were actually 7 bedrooms. I probably wouldn’t have booked the house as I paid for rooms not used. The bedrooms were lovely. There were some dirty pots put away in the kitchen so I decided to wash anything I used prior to using. The blue bedroom needed a better dusting on the bed, cob webs. It’s a lovely home.

We came to Newport to explore and celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. The house was comfortable, clean, and felt like home. Check in was easy. Our host was great. The house had everything we needed and more. It was close to everything we needed or wanted to do. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back.

This the most AMAZING property! And Elizabeth is an incredible host. Very high end experience - we were able to hire a chef to come in and cook for the group. This is the very best way to experience Newport with friends. We will be back!

We had the best stay! The house perfectly accommodated our extended family for a long wedding weekend. The location is amazing - walkable to shops and restaurants and the house itself is gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, and clean. It was the perfect house for our 10 person bachelorette weekend. Everyone was extremely comfortable and loved their room! Also the location was truly perfect. Elizabeth was a great host and was very responsive and helpful. Can't recommend it enough!!

We had a great time staying at 24 Kay Street. The location was perfect; the gathering space was just what we needed; the bedrooms were very comfortable and the contact, Elizabeth, was very responsive and helpful. We would have liked to have more outdoor seating in the backyard since the weather was so beautiful.
