Great condo with a perfect view of the gulf! The place was clean and had cute and modern decor that made us feel right at home. As a book lover I also loved how many books were spread across the condo ready to read if I read through the books I brought with me.

We absolutely loved our stay at Edgewater 1110! The condo was very, very clean, comfortable, and had the most beautiful view. It was the perfect place for our mom-and-daughter getaway! The resort itself was beautiful and had such a wonderful, family-oriented atmosphere. We really enjoyed the location, the scenery, and how welcoming everything felt.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely stay at Edgewater 1110 again! We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing beach getaway.

This is an older condo in a very old resort/hotel off the highway in PCB. The pictures online of the property are pretty misleading as it is in dire need of a refresh. It is extremely crowded as it’s conveniently located next to a convention center - so dance competitions and baseball tournaments brought people to town all week. You can imagine the frustration when only one of the two elevators were working for the week in tower 3 which is where this condo is. Carrying groceries and luggage and beach chairs up 11 floors was not fun and a lot of people were very irritated about the inconvenience. A friend of ours was here 2 weeks prior and said neither elevator was working for a few days- so they still hadn’t fixed both. We were there 7 days and saw maybe 2 workers on the property. There was one person daily at the massive pool policing that area, but never any workers cleaning up trash, helping to fix the elevators, etc. Teenagers run wild and blast music from their balconies. This is definitely the place where families will come who are okay with their teenagers partying - smoking weed and drinking around the resort and the beach. It was pretty off putting for my family as we have three small kids. The condo itself is fine, there is not a pull out couch bed, so it really only sleeps 4. The beach is perfection, especially at sunset, the resort is just super crowded and run-down. Bring patience and your sneakers to walk up all the flights of stairs if you are coming here!
