We were very impressed with this home. It was extremely clean and very well equipped. The property is very safe behind a remote controlled gate. It is also centrally located. The property manager, Inelva, was so sweet and helpful. The owner, BJ, was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. We hope to be back in the future and stay at this wonderful property.

Truly a wonderul couple that took utmost care to my apartment. Very understanding, and so kind to everyone they came into contact with. This couple was simply the easiest and cleanest couple we have ever had. It was a privilege to have them and hope to be able to accommodate them in the future again.

A true taste of St. Maarten

This property is approx 10 to 15 min from Phillipsburg and Simpson bay. Very close to supermarket and restaurants. The property is clean and tranquil and has all the things needed for a comfortable stay. The host was readily available when an issue arose and dealt with it immediately.

Pros: Very nice modern 2 bed, 1 bath rental. Large rooms and quite comfortable. Great outdoor space for relaxing. Cons: A few too many gadgets like auto faucets and lights. Very high tech but not necessary.
