Fabulous 3 Bedroom Regatta Condo-With Exclusive Extended Patio/Lanai

Time to relax in this great, comfortably newly furnished condominium that overlooks both the Bay and pool. Your Master Suite includes a king size bed, large HD TV,walk in closet and master bathroom with spacious tub and separate shower. French doors from the Master Bedroom open to the private screened lanai. The first of 2 guest rooms is also a private suite with a king size bed, walk in closet and full bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and ample closet space.
The Great Room features a comfortable sectional sofa, large flat screen HD TV and stereo system. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. The Kitchen is fully equipped for any chef. The breakfast counter also offers additional seating for 3. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the Great Room and outside screened lanai. Unique to this unit is an additional outside patio overlooking the pool and bay along with a private staircase to the pool and gas grill area.

Rental unit includes 1 underground covered parking space as well as additional outdoor surface parking spaces.

The Regatta resort is a gated community with 24/7 security.

Other resort amenities include another resort pool area (zero edge pool, waterfall and hot tub), fitness center and community clubhouse. Boat slips can be made available for additional rental fees.

Please note: The Regatta Community requires a separate approval application and registration through the software platform Tenant Evaluation that includes a background check. The Host will provide log in instructions and credentials after booking. There are additional fees of $150 for application and $150 for resort fees that will be paid by the Guest when completing the Tenant Evaluation application. The fees are collected by the Regatta Community and are not included in the VRBO platform.

Great Place!!

The "Shabby Shack" isn't so shabby. It is a wonderful place to stay with great accommodations. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had everything that we needed. The owners were very helpful and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to unwind.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property has everything you need. The condo was well appointed with all anticipated needs. The amenities included 2 pools, 2 grills, fitness center, indoor parking and so much more. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are all within 5 minutes. And the beach is a 1.5 block walk. The weather was fabulous! Our 1st "Palm Tree Christmas." We will be back!

We had wonderful 3 weeks in this lovely condo. Jeri was great host and very quick to answer all questions and very accommodating. Thanks again for your quick help. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and a short walk to vanderbilt beach (only a few minutes). Location, near restaurants and shopping was great! There is everything you want in very short distance, like Whole Food, Publix and Walmart. Restaurants, to name a few: Outback, PF Chang, Longhorn. Cinemas close by (5 minutes drive): Pavillion and Silverspot (at Mercato) Coming and going to the airport (Fort Myers International) is half an hour. The expanded Lanai with evening sun was a huge advantage and we enjoyed the view over the pool and water very much I would recommend this condo without hesitation and we hope to come back soon :)

Great Location, Fresh coastal decor!

We have spent three winter months during each of the past four years in this lovely condo. The high ceilings and crisp coastal decor make this spacious unit feel even larger. What makes this condo unusual is the large terrace beyond the screened in lanai which overlooks a spectacular view of the pool and the bay. Besides expanding your living space, it is very convenient to have your own private flight of steps off the terrace to go down to the pool and access the gas grill. Some of the upgrades include frameless glass shower doors, tile floors and dimmer switches on most lighting throughout the condo as well as new stainless steel kitchen appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed the location...just blocks away from the beach, numerous restaurants, tennis courts, a movie theater and the library. If we hadn't just bought our own place we would have rented this unit forever!

I have to say this place was everything it said it was and more. Jeri was great at answering all my questions and getting back to me very quickly. They were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and a short walk to vanderbilt beach. Location to restaurants and shopping was great! The expanded lanai was a huge advantage and the view over the pool and water was great too. Easy access to the bbq and pool. Our family enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks in October and we hope to return in the near future. I would recommend this condo without hesitation. Thank you Jeri for such a wonderful family vacation!
