• 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers; the master bath includes a tub/shower combo and safety bars for accessibility
• Open living and dining areas with ample space to unwind
• A 4-season porch for year-round enjoyment with a daybed with a room divider to be used as needed.
Enjoy modern comforts including new mini split (Nov. 2025) air conditioning and heating for each room, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and fresh linens. Accessibility is a highlight — the condo has no stairs, ramped entry, and flat walkways to the unit.
The Diamond Point – Cannon Point community offers exceptional amenities:
• Private bay for swimming, kayaking, and evening fires by the lake
• Manor house with a pool table, library/game room
• Lakeside heated pool with breathtaking Lake George views
• Tennis and pickle ball courts and a peninsula trail for scenic lakeside hikes.
Boat enthusiasts will appreciate available dock rentals (up to 26 ft including motor) for an additional fee in our private marina separate from the swimming area. Why they chose this property
Water and dock access is very coveted in Lake George and this unit provided this in a low maintenance venue with wonderful amenities.
What makes this property unique
The amenities are spectacular and hard to find in Lake George -- beach, docking upon requests, lake side pool with fabulous pool, hiking lakeside, tennis courts and picnic and grilling with Manor House lakeside
