Host was quickly communicative -- home was spacious and very well laid out for our visit. We were in town for rowing event - it is close to both rowing and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable. The host was absolutely amazing. The ability to communicate and get a reply was so quick. There is nothing wrong with this rental as far as we are concerned. A very big Thank you.

We had a great stay! I was initially worried the train noise would be an issue, but it wasn’t at all. I turned on some white noise on my phone and slept perfectly. The home was cozy with very comfortable beds. It was ideal for our family, our 13-year-old, and our two Pomeranians.

Comfortable stay in quiet neighborhood

Comfortable beds, living room. Functional kitchen. Charming decor. Roomy bedrooms. Good coffee maker with high quality coffee pods. Great shower with convenient soap, shampoo, conditioner dispenser. Laundry equipment and supplies looked great, but we didn't need to use them. Only complaints are extensive poison ivy in the yard and some of the doors stick in the frames.

Yard not pet (or people) friendly

The house itself was fine - clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. The property was not. We had booked this place because they accepted dogs and had a fenced backyard. The grounds were overrun with grass and weeds and with the amount of trash (including broken glass and some very unhygienic items that I won’t mention) in the backyard, we couldn’t let our dog back there, even on a leash. Also, our dog isn’t bothered by outside noises, but if you are avoiding a hotel because your pet is reactive to the noises, this might not be the best. Trains and the very thin front and side doors mean you can hear everything going on outside.

I do apologize for the landscaping. The backyard was supposed to be not assessable for guests hence why there were locks on the gates due to it not being fully enclosed in the back. I will edit my description to reflect that and was why there was a side fenced in area.
