The main level of the property features a full-size kitchen and dining room, along with an additional dining area in the kitchen. The living room has a cozy ambiance, enhanced by a gas-log fireplace. There are two bedrooms on this level, accompanied by a full bathroom and a half bath.

Downstairs, you'll find a kitchenette and another living area that also includes a free-standing gas log fireplace and a full-size pull-out sofa bed. This level features an additional bedroom, a bonus room with a full-size bed, and a full bathroom.

The large sunroom and patio, accessible from the main level dining and living room, are perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying your morning coffee. Additionally, the property includes a two-car garage and a spacious laundry area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
