Fantastic Mountain View!!

Recently renovated two story home in a golf course resort community with double decks to enjoy the great outdoors! Four bedrooms and four baths with two family rooms. Complete kitchen with dining table to accommodate 8. Enjoy the covered outdoor space and gas fire pit on a chilly fall night. All bedrooms have TV, WiFi and cable. Great stacked stone fireplace to stay warm on chilly nights. Just a quick 20 minute ride over the mountain into Highlands, NC.

I've lost count of how many times my girlfriends and I have stayed at this fabulous property. We're very grateful it's dog-friendly. Very safe neighborhood to walk with our dogs. We do nothing but enjoy time together, cook scrumptious meals and enjoy our dogs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking-from-scratch meals. We'll be staying again, as always!

Exactly what we needed for our family of 9. We stay at vrbo’s several times a year. This was one of the best. 4th of July family weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday weekend connecting with family and enjoying the Sky Valley weather and views. The house was spacious and accommodated us well. This was my second stay at this beautiful home in the last three months. The house is so spacious and comfortable. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths - hard to find. This family home is special to Sean and Lisa Barr. Sean's father built the home in 2003 and the couple were married in the Chapel in Sky Valley in 2006. After the passing of Sean's parents, Sean and Lisa have kept this home in the family and have continued to update it and make it their own. We enjoy our quick weekend getaways with family and friends and often host family dinners up to 30 guests. Perfect location to maximize holidays! We live close by near Atlanta so it is the perfect place to relax and decompress from the hectic work in the city.

Why they chose this property

Come enjoy the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains and with a short drive you have several choices in N.C. either in Highlands or a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountains. Our family spent many summers and holiday's in the mountains with our families and are happy to share our home and experiences with others.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the double decks and separate living spaces. For large families or with children each group has their own place to relax. Enjoy the outdoor living area and on a cool night use the fire pit or fireplace for that cozy feel.
We also have provided 3 additional blow up mattresses so large parties especially children can use in the secondary living area for a great slumber party environment for family vacations.
