1. Providing the names of all guests.
2. Telling us your arrival time at the home for a welcome walk-through with our team.
3. Securely uploading your ID, as required by local laws in the Desert and HOA rules in Hawaii.
4. Agreeing to your reservation terms, such as check-in and check-out dates and the number of occupants.
Once you finish this process, you will access your personal guest area online. This area has everything you need for your stay, including the home address, access codes (available 24 hours before check-in), team contact information, and property details.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We provide some hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience. We do not supply cooking spices, sprays, cling wraps, or zip-lock bags, but we can give you a list of local stores to help you resupply. We want to make sure you have a comfortable stay.
Pool heating is part of your reservation. The maximum temperature is set at 84 degrees. If you want to heat the pool above this temperature it is an additional fee. The highest allowed temperature for pools is 89 degrees.
